Ingredients:
1/4 cupButter
4 cupJulienne sweet potatoes
4 cupJulienne parsnips
4 cupJulienne turnips
1/4 cupChicken stock
Salt and pepper
1/4 cupFinely chopped fresh parsley
Procedures:
1In large skillet, heat butter until sizzling; add vegetables and stir-fry until coated with butter.
2Reduce heat to low; pour in stock.
3Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender - crisp.
4Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5Garnish with parsley.
