Kohlrabi saute

Ingredients:
4 medKohlrabi bulbs
1 tbspButter or margarine
1 tbspOlive oil
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
1 medOnion, chopped
1 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspParsley, chopped
Salt & freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp"Lite" sour cream
Procedures:
1Peel the tough outer skin from the kohlrabi, then coarsely grate the bulbs.
2In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil.
3Add garlic, onion and kohlrabi and saute, stirring for 5 to 7 minutes until kohlrabi is tender crisp.
4Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
5Stir in sour cream, and serve hot.
6Yield: 4 to 6 servings
