Ingredients:

| med | Kohlrabi bulbs | | 1
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 1
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1
| | Garlic clove, finely chopped | | 1
| med | Onion, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, chopped | | | Salt & freshly ground pepper | | 2
| tbsp | "Lite" sour cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel the tough outer skin from the kohlrabi, then coarsely grate the bulbs. | | 2 | In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil. | | 3 | Add garlic, onion and kohlrabi and saute, stirring for 5 to 7 minutes until kohlrabi is tender crisp. | | 4 | Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste. | | 5 | Stir in sour cream, and serve hot. | | 6 | Yield: 4 to 6 servings |
