Ingredients:

| cup | Carrots, sliced | | 3/4
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| cup | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon peel, freshly grated | | 2
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Parsely, fresh chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Butter or Margarine | | | Dash of liquid sweetner |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and peel carrots and slice in ? rounds. | | 2 | Bring water to boil in saucepan, add carrots and salt. | | 3 | Cook until tender (10 to 15 minutes) covered. | | 4 | Drain. | | 5 | In saucepan add remaining ingredients until butter is melted. | | 6 | Toss like a salad to coat all carrots. | | 7 | Serve hot. | | 8 | Food exchanges per serving: 1 vegetable exchange + 1 fat exchange; cal: 70 |
