Lemon carrots

Ingredients:
3 cupCarrots, sliced
3/4 cupWater
1/2 cupSalt
1/2 tspLemon peel, freshly grated
2 tspLemon juice
1 tbspParsely, fresh chopped
2 tbspButter or Margarine
Dash of liquid sweetner
Procedures:
1Wash and peel carrots and slice in ? rounds.
2Bring water to boil in saucepan, add carrots and salt.
3Cook until tender (10 to 15 minutes) covered.
4Drain.
5In saucepan add remaining ingredients until butter is melted.
6Toss like a salad to coat all carrots.
7Serve hot.
