Ingredients:
LEMOM HERB POTATOES
6 smallBaking potatoes
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
1 tbspUnsalted margarine
1 clGarlic, Minced
1/4 cupSkimmed milk, hot
1 tspDill weed
1/8 tspWhite pepper
1 tspLemon peel, grated
1 tbspParsley
Paprika
CHEESE LEMON HERB POTATOES
VERATION
1/2 ozCheese, for each potatoe
Procedures:
11.bake potatoes until done.
2Cool.
32.saute onions and garlic in unsalted margarine.
4Scoop out potatoes and mash.
5Beat in onion mixture, hot skimmed milk, lemon and pepper.
6Mix in dill and parsley.
7Refill skins.
8Sprinkle with paprika.
9Bake at 400f for 30 minutes.
10Variation: add ?oz grated cheddar cheese on top of each potato before baking the final time.
11Food exchange per serving: 1 starch/bread exchange + ?fat exchange? (if cheese is used then the fat exchange would be changed).?
