Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsAsparagus, fresh

10 oz(1 pkg) frozen asparagus
1 tspOrange peel, finely shredded
1/4 cupOrange juice
1/4 cupVegetable oil
2 tspLemon juice
1 tspSalt
Ds Of cayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Place steamer basket in ? water in saucepan or skillet (water should not touch bottom of basket.
2Place asparagus spears in basket.
3Cover tightly and heat to boiling; reduce heat.
4Steam until crisp-tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
5Innediately rinse under running cold water; drain.
6Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered contariner; pour over asparagurs.
7Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning asparagaus occasionally; drain.
8Garnish with orange slices if desired.
