Low fat pepper steak

Ingredients:
Cooking spray
3 lbsBoneless top round steak
Thinly sliced
1 1/2 largeBell pepper thinly sliced
2/3 cupWater
1 tbspBeef boullion
2 tbspTeriyaki sauce
1 medGarlic clove
1 tbspPlus 1 t cornstarch
1 1/2 medTomato thinly sliced
2 cupHot cooked rice
1 medOnion, thinly sliced
Procedures:
1Spray skillet with cooking spray.
2Saute beef and remove.
3Saute onion and garlic in skillet until tender.
4Add pepper and a small amount of water to onion and garlic; cover and cook on low until tender.
5Sprin- kle with boullion granules and add teriyaki sauce and 2/3 c water.
6In a measuring cup, make a paste with the ?cup hot water and corn starch.
7Pour into the skillet and cook for a few minutes until thick.
8Add tomato and cook until tender.
9Serve over hot cooked rice
