| cup | Sour cream | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | | Butter | | | Seasoned salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil and drain potatoes. | | 2 | Whip hot potatoes adding cream cheese and sour cream. | | 3 | Continue beating until fluffy and smooth. | | 4 | Add salt and pepper. | | 5 | Place in a buttered 9-by-13 inch baking dish. | | 6 | Dot generously with butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt. | | 7 | Cover with foil and refrigerate. | | 8 | Potatoes can be frozen at this stage and thawed before baking. | | 9 | Bake, covered with foil, 15 minutes at 325? | | 10 | Continue baking, uncovered, 20 minutes. |
