Night before mashed potatoes

Ingredients:
8 To 10 potatoes, peeled
8 ozCream cheese, softened
1 cupSour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Seasoned salt
Procedures:
1Boil and drain potatoes.
2Whip hot potatoes adding cream cheese and sour cream.
3Continue beating until fluffy and smooth.
4Add salt and pepper.
5Place in a buttered 9-by-13 inch baking dish.
6Dot generously with butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
7Cover with foil and refrigerate.
8Potatoes can be frozen at this stage and thawed before baking.
9Bake, covered with foil, 15 minutes at 325?
10Continue baking, uncovered, 20 minutes.
