Ingredients:

| cup | Water, boiling | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| cup | Egg noodles | | 2
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 12
| oz | Poppy seed cake and pastry | | | -filling | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Lemon peel, grated | | 1/3
| cup | Raisins |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine boiling water and salt in a large saucepan. | | 2 | Add noodles and cook until tender, then drain and cool. | | 3 | Toss noodles with butter in the saucepan. | | 4 | Combine poppy-seed filling with vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon peel, and raisins. | | 5 | Add to noodles and mix well. | | 6 | Cook just until heated through. |
