Orange bread pudding

Ingredients:
13 Slices white bread, cut in
-quarters
1 1/2 cupOrange juice
1/4 cupButter (?stick)
1 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1/2 tspLemon peel, grated
1/4 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2In a large bowl, combine the bread and orange juice and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
3In a medium- size bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add the remaining ingredients and mix until creamy.
4Add to the bread mixture; mix well.
5Pour into a 1-?quart casserole dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray and bake for 1 hour, until the center is set and puffy.
6Serve immediately.
