Ingredients:
1 lbsCarrots, peeled and sliced
3/4 cupWater
1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspCornstarch
1 cupOrange juice
1/2 cupRaisins
1 tbspSugar
Procedures:
1Combine carrots, wate, and salt in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
2Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until coarrots are crisp-tender.
3Dissolve cornstarch in orange juice; stir into carrot mixture.
4Stir in raisins and sugar.
5Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
