Ingredients:
1/2 cupBell peppers, red, sliced
1/2 cupCabbage, purple, sliced
1/2 cupBrussels sprouts
3 tbspSesame oil, toasted
3 tbspTamari
2 tbspGomasio
2 cupAmaranth, cooked
2 tbspParsley, fresh, chopped
Procedures:
1In a medium-size saucepan, saute the peppers, cabbage and sprouts in the oil over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
2Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook an additional 3 to 6 minutes.
