Ingredients:

| each | Large mushroom caps, cleaned | | 1/3
| cup | Butter/margarine, melted | | 6
| oz | Snow crab meat | | 1
| tbsp | Prepared horseradish | | 1/4
| cup | Dry bread crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Grated parmesian cheese | | 2
| tbsp | Minced green onion | | 1
| tbsp | Minced parsley | | 3
| tbsp | Mayonaise |

Procedures:
| 1 | Oven: preheat oven to 375 deg f. | | 2 | Adjust rack to upper 1/3 of oven brush mushrooms with melted butter, place rounded side down on an ungreased baking sheet. | | 3 | Drain crab meat, discard liquid, set crab meat aside. | | 4 | In a medium bowl, stir together mayonaise and horseradish. | | 5 | Add bread crumbs, cheese, green onion and parsley, stirring until well mixed. | | 6 | Add crab meat and toss with a fork. | | 7 | Mound 1 level tablespoon of the mixture into each mushroom. | | 8 | Bake 5 minutes or until warm, then broil 4" from the heat source for about 1 minute or until golden brown. | | 9 | Serve immediately. | | 10 | Microwave: on a paper plate, lined with a paper towel, arrange mushrooms in a circle. | | 11 | Cover with waxed paper. | | 12 | Cook at 100% power (700w) for 2-3 minutes or until hot. | | 13 | Rotate plate once. | | 14 | Try 12 at a time. |
