Procedures:
| 1 | A favorite recipe of former canadian prime minister louis st. | | 2 | Laurent. | | 3 | with fresh oysters, cover with water, boil and save the juices. | | 4 | (with frozen or canned oysters, save the liquor). | | 5 | Mix milk, butter, salt and pepper in a saucepan. | | 6 | Bring to a boil. | | 7 | Add oysters, and simmer for 20 minutes. | | 8 | Taste frequently. | | 9 | Add juice or liquor at the last minute; bring to a boil and serve. | | 10 | Will serve 4 |
