Pacific chicken, shrimp and kiwifruit kebabs

Ingredients:
6 Kiwifruit
1/2 lbsSkinless, boneless chicken
-breasts
1 largeRed bell pepper
1 smallRed onion
16 Peeled shrimp
LIME-GINGER MARINADE
6 tbspLime juice
3 tbspHoney
2 tbspRice wine vinegar
2 tbspOlive oil
1 1/2 tspChopped cilantro
1 tspGrated ginger root
1/4 tspRed pepper flakes
Procedures:
1From the new zealand kiwifruit marketing board.
2Peel kiwifruit and cut into quarters.
3Cut chicken into 16 1" pieces.
4Core and quarter pepper.
5Cut each quarter into four pieces.
6Peel and quarter onion.
7Cut each quarter into four pieces.
8Toss chicken, peppers and onions with lime-ginger marinade.
9Marinate 1-2 hours in refrigerator.
10When ready to cook, toss kiwifruit and shrimp with other ingredients to coat with marinade.
11Divide ingredients among eight skewers.
12Grill or broil, 3-4 minutes per side, turning skewers once, until chicken and shrimp are cooked through.
13Lime-ginger marinade: whisk all ingredients until combined.
