Pan-fried fish parmesana

Ingredients:
BARB DAY
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2 lbsRock Cod filets, or
- Red Snapper
1/2 cupFlour
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cupParmesan cheese, grated
3 tbspButter
2 tbspVegetable oil
- Salt & fresh ground pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 °F.
2Combine lemon juice and worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle on the fish pieces.
3Salt and pepper the fish, then dredge lightly in flour.
4Dip the fish in eggs, then coat generously with the grated cheese.
5In a heavy skillet, saute the fish in a mixture of butter and oil over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes to brown.
6Turn and brown the other side.
7Place the skillet in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes to heat through.
8Serve immediately.
