Pan-fried scallops

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsSea scallops, rinsed
1/2 cupBread crumbs
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1/8 tspPaprika
1/2 cupButter
2 cupRice, cooked
1/4 cupWhite wine
Procedures:
1Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika.
2Roll scallops thoroughly in bread crumb mixture.
3In a large skillet, heat butter till frothy.
4Add scallops and saute" till lightly browned.
5Gently remove scallops from skillet and arrange on bed of rice.
6Add wine to butter in skillet; boil gently while stirring for 1 minute.
7Pour over scallops.
