Pasta ragout with lobster tails in lemon sauc

Ingredients:
1 cupPasta
1 cupFresh Mushrooms -- halved
3/4 lbsLobster Tails
3/4 pintCream
1/2 Lemon
1 dashSherry
Salt And Pepper
Spice Salt -- (picanta)
Msg -- optional
Estragon
Garlic
Cornflour
Procedures:
1Boil the pasta according to directions.
2Remove and run cold water over it.
3Fry the mushrooms in butter, then add the cream and bring to the boil.
4Thicken with cornflour.
5Season to taste.
6Add the pasta and lobster tails and simmer for a few minutes.
7Finally, add lemon juice, a little whipped cream and a dash of sherry.
8Serve with a selection of wholemeal bread
