| cup | Fresh Mushrooms -- halved | | 3/4
| lbs | Lobster Tails | | 3/4
| pint | Cream | | 1/2
| | Lemon | | 1
| dash | Sherry | | | Salt And Pepper | | | Spice Salt -- (picanta) | | | Msg -- optional | | | Estragon | | | Garlic | | | Cornflour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil the pasta according to directions. | | 2 | Remove and run cold water over it. | | 3 | Fry the mushrooms in butter, then add the cream and bring to the boil. | | 4 | Thicken with cornflour. | | 5 | Season to taste. | | 6 | Add the pasta and lobster tails and simmer for a few minutes. | | 7 | Finally, add lemon juice, a little whipped cream and a dash of sherry. | | 8 | Serve with a selection of wholemeal bread |
