Pecan-crusted grouper

Ingredients:
2 Grouper fillets(?lb.)
2 tspDijon mustard
1/2 cupFlour
2 Egg whites, lightly beaten
1/2 cupPecan halves, chopped medium
Fine in a food processor
Procedures:
1Lightly coat fish fillets all over with mustard.
2Dust with flour, shaking off excess.
3Dip in egg whites, then roll in chopped pecans.
4Place fish on a baking sheet sprayed with vegetable oil.
5Bake at 425 °F for 15 - 20 minutes, until cooked through.
