Pesto salmon and sea scallops with lemon/garlic beurre bl

Ingredients:
4 tbspBasic pesto
4 Salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 cupHerbed bread crumbs
8 largeSea scallops
Lemon/Garlic Beurre Blanc
Procedures:
1Brush the basic pesto on top of each salmon fillet.
2Sprinkle the herbed bread crumbs on top.
3Preheat the oven to 375°F.
4In an oiled baking dish place the salmon and the scallops.
5Bake them for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are just done.
6Turn them over once.
7On each of 4 individual servings plates place the lemon roasted garlic beurre blanc.
8Place a salmon fillet and two sea scallops on top of the sauce.
