| cup | Fresh (not dry) Flageolets | | | -OR- other dry bean types |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 °F. | | 2 | in a saucepan over medium heat, saute the onion and the garlic in the olive oil. | | 3 | Add the tomatoes and herbs. | | 4 | Stir in the beans and continue to cook for 10 minutes. | | 5 | Transfer to a casserole and bake for 30 minutes. | | 6 | (traditionally served with roast lamb). |
