Ingredients:
| 6
| tbsp | Paprika | | 2
| tbsp | Turmeric | | 1
| tbsp | Dried chili peppers | | 1
| tsp | Cumin | | 1
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/2
| tsp | Cayenne | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground cloves |
|
Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all ingredients and grind to a fine powder using a mortar and pestle, or food processor or blender. | | 2 | Spice will keep 6 months or so on the pantry shelf. | | 3 | To use: this powder is somewhat more pungent and fresher tasting than a packaged brand, so use a bit less. | | 4 | Yeild: 5.5 oz |
