Rosemary-raisin scones

Ingredients:
1/4 cupButter or margarine
1 cupUnbleached white flour
1 tbspSugar
1/2 tspSalt
2 1/2 tspBaking powder
2 tbspChopped fresh rosemary
1 cupRolled oats
-OR- whole wheat flour
2 Eggs
1/3 cupMilk
1/2 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1Combine butter, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and rosemary with fork until butter is well broken up.
2Add remaining ingredients and stir only enough to combine ingredients completely.
3Drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
4Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
