Maple-mustard-glazed pork roast

Ingredients:
2 lbsBoneless pork loin roast
2/3 cupMaple syrup
3 tbspDijon-style mustard
2 tbspCider vinegar
2 tbspSoy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedures:
1Stir together maple syrup, mustard vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
2Spread evenly over pork roast and place in a shallow pan.
3Roast pork in a 350°F oven until internal temperature measured with a meat thermometer, reaches 160 degrees, about 45 minutes to 1 ?hours.
4Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
