Avocado with smoked fish

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsSmoked fish
4 Eggs -- hard Boiled
1/4 cupMilk
1/4 cupLime juice
1/4 tspSugar
1/2 tspSalt
1/3 cupVegetable oil
2 tbspOlive oil
2 largeAvocados -- ripe
1 largeRed bell pepper -- or 12
Pimientos -can
Procedures:
1Remove the skin and bones from fish and flake the flesh with a fork.
2In a deep bowl, mash the egg yolks with the milk until they form a smooth paste.
3Add sugar, salt, and 1 tablespoon of the lime juice.
4Then beat in the vegetable oil, a teaspoon or so at a time.
5Add the olive oil in the same gradual manner.
6Chop egg whites finely and add them to the bowl, along with the fish.
7Combine thoroughly but gently.
8Just before serving, cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and fill cavities with the fish mixture.
9Garnish with pepper or pimento, and pass around the remaining lime juice to sprinkle on individual servings
