Ingredients:
GOOD HOUSEKEEPKING
24 largeSea scallops, 1 ?lbs
12 sliceBacon
Salt
Seasoned pepper
Lemon wedges
Procedures:
1Rinse scallops with running cold water to remove sand from crevices.
2Pat dry.
3Preheat broiler.
4Cut each bacon slice crosswise in half, wrap each half around a scallop.
5Secure with toothpick.
6Sprinkle lightly with salt and seasoned pepper.
7Broil 8-10 mins, turning frequently so bacon will brown evenly, until scallops turn opaque through.
8Remove toothpicks.
9Arrange on platter, garnish with lemon wedges.
