| 1 | Make bags out of flour sacks. |
| 2 | This recipe will fit into four 6 x 12" bags. |
| 3 | Grind liver with potatoes, using a medium blade. |
| 4 | Cut bacon into little pieces. |
| 5 | Mix meats, potatoes and other ingredients in a very large bowl. |
| 6 | When evenly combined, pack mixture into damp bags. |
| 7 | Tie shut. |
| 8 | Boil bags in water to cover for two hours. |
| 9 | Tie shut. |
| 10 | Remove from water and cool. |
| 11 | Store in refrigerator. |
| 12 | To use, cut bag off meat, slice meat and serve. |
