| | Lemon, juice of | | 4
| tbsp | Minced parsley | | 1
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/4

Procedures:
| 1 | Sprinkle fish fillets with satl and pepper; place in greased baking dish. | | 2 | Add lemon juice and parsley to mayonnaise and spread over fillets. | | 3 | Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. | | 4 | Sprinkle with paprika before serving. |
