Ingredients:
2 Dozen
1 Garlic cloves -- minced
1 tbspFresh parsley -- minced
1/2 cupButter -- melted
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
2 tbspClam juice
2 tbspChili sauce
1/2 cupMushrooms -- finely chopped
2 tbspParmesan cheese -- grated
2 tbspBread crumbs
Salt
Black pepper
Whole oysters
Procedures:
1Shuck oysters; drain and reserve half of the shells.
2Combine parsley, garlic, worcestershire sauce, clam juice and chili sauce with 6 tablespoons melted butter.
3Dip each oyster into this sauce and place in a shell on a baking pan.
4Spoon remaining sauce over oysters.
5Sprinkle a teaspoon of chopped mushrooms on each oyster.
6Stir cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over oysters.
7Dribble with remaining butter.
8Bake at 400 °F for 15 minutes
