| | Garlic cloves -- minced | | 1
| tbsp | Fresh parsley -- minced | | 1/2
| cup | Butter -- melted | | 2
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Clam juice | | 2
| tbsp | Chili sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Mushrooms -- finely chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Parmesan cheese -- grated | | 2
| tbsp | Bread crumbs | | | Salt | | | Black pepper | | | Whole oysters |

Procedures:
| 1 | Shuck oysters; drain and reserve half of the shells. | | 2 | Combine parsley, garlic, worcestershire sauce, clam juice and chili sauce with 6 tablespoons melted butter. | | 3 | Dip each oyster into this sauce and place in a shell on a baking pan. | | 4 | Spoon remaining sauce over oysters. | | 5 | Sprinkle a teaspoon of chopped mushrooms on each oyster. | | 6 | Stir cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over oysters. | | 7 | Dribble with remaining butter. | | 8 | Bake at 400 °F for 15 minutes |
