| tbsp | Butter, melted & divided | | 1/2
| cup | Dry breadcrumbs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Arrange scallops in shallow buttered casserole. | | 2 | Sprinkle with sherry. | | 3 | Pour half the butter over scallops. | | 4 | Cover with bread crumbs. | | 5 | Pour rest of butter over bread crumbs. | | 6 | Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. |
