| tsp | Fresh tarragon -- chopped | | 1/8
| tsp | Turmeric | | 1/8
| tsp | Ground mace | | 1/8
| tsp | Coriander | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Sherry | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Shrimp -- cooked and peeled | | 1 1/2
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Butter -- melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream butter with herbs, spices, and salt. | | 2 | Beat in sherry. | | 3 | Cream the mixture until soft. | | 4 | Blend in shrimp. | | 5 | Make alternate layers of shrimp mixture and bread crumbs in a buttered baking dish, finishing with bread crumbs and pouring the melted butter over top. | | 6 | Bake at 450 °F for 15 minutes. | | 7 | recipe by : elizabeth powell |
