Baked shrimp indienne

Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1 tbspOnion -- grated
1 tspFresh parsley -- chopped
1 tspFresh chervil -- chopped
1 tspFresh tarragon -- chopped
1/8 tspTurmeric
1/8 tspGround mace
1/8 tspCoriander
1 tspSalt
1/2 cupSherry
1 1/2 lbsShrimp -- cooked and peeled
1 1/2 cupBread crumbs
1/4 cupButter -- melted
Procedures:
1Cream butter with herbs, spices, and salt.
2Beat in sherry.
3Cream the mixture until soft.
4Blend in shrimp.
5Make alternate layers of shrimp mixture and bread crumbs in a buttered baking dish, finishing with bread crumbs and pouring the melted butter over top.
6Bake at 450 °F for 15 minutes.
