Maple-glazed ribs

Ingredients:
3 lbsPork spareribs, cut into
- serving size pieces
1 cupMaple syrup
3 tbspOrange juice concentrate
3 tbspKetchup
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspDijon mustard
1 tbspWorcesterschire sauce
1 tspCurry powder
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Green onions, minced
1 tbspSesame seeds, roasted
Procedures:
1Place the ribs, meaty side up, on a rack in a greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan.
2Cover pan tightly with foil.
3Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
4Meanwhile, combine the next nine ingredients in a saucepan.
5Bring to a boil over medium heat.
6Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7Drain ribs; remove rack and return ribs to pan.
8Cover with sauce.
9Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes, basting occasionally.
10Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving
