Baked stuffed clams

Ingredients:
12 Chowder clams
1/4 cupButter
1 cupFine dry breadcrumbs
1 tspParsley flakes
1/4 tspLemon & pepper seasoning
1/8 tspGarlic powder
1/8 tspOregano
Few drops of hot sauce
Paprika
Old Bay Seasoning (or any
Crab spice)
Procedures:
1Shuck and chop clams, strain and reserve liquid.
2Melt butter.
3In pan.
4Add crumbs, parsley, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, and hot sauce; mix well.
5If mix is too dry, moisten with clam liquor.
6Fill 12 clam shells with clam mix.
7Sprinkle paprika and crab spice over top.
8Bake at 400 °F for 12 - 15 min.
