| | Chowder clams | | 1/4
| cup | Butter | | 1
| cup | Fine dry breadcrumbs | | 1
| tsp | Parsley flakes | | 1/4
| tsp | Lemon & pepper seasoning | | 1/8
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/8
| tsp | Oregano | | | Few drops of hot sauce | | | Paprika | | | Old Bay Seasoning (or any | | | Crab spice) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Shuck and chop clams, strain and reserve liquid. | | 2 | Melt butter. | | 3 | In pan. | | 4 | Add crumbs, parsley, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, and hot sauce; mix well. | | 5 | If mix is too dry, moisten with clam liquor. | | 6 | Fill 12 clam shells with clam mix. | | 7 | Sprinkle paprika and crab spice over top. | | 8 | Bake at 400 °F for 12 - 15 min. |
