| 1 | To microwave squash, prick several times with fork, place on microwavable paper towel. |
| 2 | Microwave on high 8 minutes; turn squash over. |
| 3 | Microwave 8 to 11 minutes longer or until tender. |

| 8 | Cook sausage and onion in 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until sausage is done; drain. |

| 10 | Cover and cook 3 minutes. |
| 11 | Stir in tomatoes and cheese. |
| 12 | Cut squash in half; remove seeds and fibers. |
| 13 | Remove spaghetti-like strands with 2 forks. |
| 14 | Toss squash with salt and pepper. |
| 15 | Serve sausage mixture over squash. |
