Barbecued salmon with basil

Ingredients:
4 Salmon steaks (6 to 8 ounces
-each) thawed if necessary.
2 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspOlive oil
1 tspDried and crushed basil
Lemon wedges
Procedures:
1Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil; brush on both sides of salmon.
2Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
3Serve with lemon wedges.
