Bay scallops with lemon & dill

Ingredients:
2 tbspUnsalted Oleo (?Stick)
1 1/2 lbsBay Scallop
2/3 cupDry Vermouth
1 tbspLemon Juice
1/2 tspFinely Grated Lemon Peel
1/4 cupChopped Fresh Dill OR
1/2 tspDried Dillweed
1/4 tspFreshly Ground Pepper
Procedures:
1Coat heavy large skillet generously with nonstick vegetable spray.
2Add oleo & melt over medium heat.
3Add scallops & stir until almostopaque, about 2 min. transfer to a bowl using a slotted spoon.
4Add vermouth, lemon juice & lemon peel to skillet & boil until reduced to a thick glaze, about 5 min. add any juices exuded by the scallops & boil until reduced to glaze.
5Return scallops to skillet & stir until coated with sauce.
6Mix in dill & pepper.
7Serve immediately.
