Ingredients:
12 Crabs, soft
12 ozBeer, warm
1 1/4 cupFlour
2 tspSalt
1 tspPaprika
1/2 tspBaking powder
Procedures:
1Pour beer in mixing bowl, add flour then remainder of ingredients.
2Mix well.
3Prepare batter at least 1-?hours before use as it will thicken standing.
4Dust crabs lightly in flour; dip singly in batter.
5Deep-fry at 360 °F for 2-5 minutes depending on size.
6Crabs should be golden brown.
