| cup | Brandy | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 4
| | Stems bok choy, cut into | | | ?in pieces | | | Juice of one lemon | | | Salt and pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | 1) place all ingredients in bowl and marinade for 30 minutes at room temp. | | 2 | 2) alternate shrimp and bok choy on skewers. | | 3 | Place on oven proof platter. | | 4 | 3) broil 12-14 minutes in oven. | | 5 | Turn skewers over once and season during cooking. | | 6 | Baste with marinade if desired. | | 7 | Serve with tartare sauce. |
