Fresh fruit pie

Ingredients:
4 cupBlueberries OR
4 cupHalved strawberries OR
4 cupPeaches, peeled and sliced
2 tbspCornstarch
2 tbspWater
1/2 cupCorn syrup
2 tspLemon juice
1 cupHeavy cream
Baked pie crust
Procedures:
1In covered blender, blend 1 cup of fruit at high spped 30 seconds.
2In 2 quart saucepan, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
3Add mashed fruit, corn syrup, and lemon juice.
4Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil one minute.
5Turn into bowl, cover surface with waxed paper.
6Cool one hour.
7Fold in remaining fruit.
8Spread cream onto bottom and sides of pie crust.
9Fill with fruit mixture.
10Chill 3 hours or until set.
