Marinated beef brisket

Ingredients:
2 lbsBeef brisket
2 cupBeef broth
1/2 cupRed wine vinegar
1/4 cupFirmly packed brown sugar
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 cupChopped onions
1/4 cupDijon mustard
1/4 cupSoy sauce
Procedures:
1Place brisket in 13x9 (3-quart) glass baking dish or large resealable plastic bag.
2In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well.
3Pour over brisket, turning to coat; cover dish or seal bag.
4Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
5Heat oven 325°F.
6Drain brisket, reserving marinade.
7Place brisket and half of marinade (about 1-?cups) in 13x9 baking dish; cover.
8Discard remaining marinade.
9Bake at 325°F for 4 hours or until tender.
108 servings.
11Typically we marinate it overnight and cook for 4 hours (no longer).
