Ingredients:

| lbs | Beef brisket | | 2
| cup | Beef broth | | 1/2
| cup | Red wine vinegar | | 1/4
| cup | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 3
| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 1
| cup | Chopped onions | | 1/4
| cup | Dijon mustard | | 1/4
| cup | Soy sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place brisket in 13x9 (3-quart) glass baking dish or large resealable plastic bag. | | 2 | In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. | | 3 | Pour over brisket, turning to coat; cover dish or seal bag. | | 4 | Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. | | 5 | Heat oven 325°F. | | 6 | Drain brisket, reserving marinade. | | 7 | Place brisket and half of marinade (about 1-?cups) in 13x9 baking dish; cover. | | 8 | Discard remaining marinade. | | 9 | Bake at 325°F for 4 hours or until tender. | | 10 | 8 servings. | | 11 | Typically we marinate it overnight and cook for 4 hours (no longer). | | 12 | It is delicious |
