| cup | Toasted bread cubes | | 1
| cup | Raisins | | 1
| lbs | Pork sausage | | 2
| cup | Chopped celery | | 1
| cup | Chopped onion | | 1/4
| cup | Brown sugar, packed | | 1
| tsp | Grated lemon peel | | 2
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine bread and raisins in large bowl. | | 2 | Brown sausage in skillet, stirring to keep crumbly. | | 3 | Pour off most of fat. | | 4 | Add celery and onion and cook until tender. | | 5 | Add brown sugar, lemon peel and salt. | | 6 | Pour over bread mixture and mix lightly. | | 7 | Makes enough for a 12-pound turkey |
