Ingredients:
1/4 cupOlive oil
3 cupWater
2 Onions, chpd
2 cupDry red wine or water
8 Cloves garlic, minced
6 ozTomato paste
1 1/2 lbsBoneless chuck, cut 1" cubes
2 tbspFresh basil, chpd
1 lbsItalian sausage, sliced ?
1 lbsCooked rigatoni
6 Beef short ribs
Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cupMarinara sauce
Procedures:
1In a large pan, saute onions and garlic in oil until tender.
2Remove and set this is absolutely excellent.
