| cup | Crabmeat (canned, fresh | | | Or frozen) | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/2
| tsp | Mrs. dash | | 1
| tsp | Dill weed | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped onion |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place spinach in greased shallow 2 quart casserole. | | 2 | Mix all other ingredients and pour over spinach. | | 3 | Bake at 350 °F for 25 to 30 minutes. |
