Ingredients:
8 ozTempeh
REGULAR SEASONINGS
1/2 tspSage
1/2 tspMarjoram
1/2 tspThyme
1/2 tspCumin
2 tbsp-Warm water
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspOil
ITALIAN SAUSAGE SEASONINGS
2 Garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 tspRed pepper flakes
1 tspOregano
1/4 tspBlack pepper
2 tbspFlour
2 tbspOil
2 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:
1Steam tempeh for 15 minutes.
2Cool, grate on coarse side of grater.
3Mix together dry seasonings, then stir in water, oil and soy sauce.
4Press firmly into thin patties. fry in a little oil until browned on both sides.
5Italian sausage: grate the steamed tempeh.
6Mix together dry seasonings.
7Combine tempeh, dry seasonings, oil and soy sauce.
8Press into thin patties or crumble on top of pizza before it is baked
