| | Fresh Idaho potatoes, cut | | | -into 1-inch pieces | | 1
| | Green or red pepper, cut | | | -into strips 1 teaspoon | | | -dried basil leaves | | 1/2

| med | Tomato, cut into chunks | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped fresh parsley |

Procedures:
