Ingredients:
3 lbsBeef, cubed
3/4 cupPlum jam
1 cupTomato sauce
1 cupWorcestershire sauce
Flour
Procedures:
1Roll the beef cubes in the flour and place them in an ungreased casserole dish.
2Mix together the other ingredients (plum jam, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce).
3Cover the beef with the sauce mixture.
4Bake at 250 °F.
5For 1 hour.
6Notes: * simple beef casserole with plum and tomato -- this is a delicious sweet beef casserole.
7I got it from a radio talk-back show a few years ago; it was a listener"s old favourite.

9: time: 5 minutes preparation, 1 hour baking.
