Matt's queso

Ingredients:
1 tspVegetable oil
1 tspChopped Jalapeno
1 tbsp(heaping) chopt Bell Pepper
1 tbsp(heaping) chopt onion
1 tsp(heaping) chopt celery
1/4 tspGranulated garlic
1 cupChicken broth (Lo/No Salt)
1/2 lbsSausage links (thinly slice)
3/4 lbs(approx) Kraft American
-Cheese, grated NOT Cheddar
-NOT Velveeta!
1/4 cupChopped tomato
Procedures:
1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add peppers, onions and celery and cook until tender.
2Add garlic and chicken broth.
3In a separate skillet, cook and drain sliced sausage.
4Add sausage to vegetable mixture.
5Start sprinkling in cheese, stirring to melt.
6Add cheese until queso is the desired thickness.
7Stir in chopped tomato.
8Serve queso with chips as an appetizer, or, over smoked potatoes, baked potatoes, sauteed spinich, broccoli, fried potatoes or noodles
