Ingredients:

| lbs | Round steak | | 2
| tbsp | Oil | | 1
| | Garlic clove, minced | | 3/4
| cup | Vinegar | | 3/4
| cup | Ketchup | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1
| tsp | Paprika | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Worcestershire |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice the steak into 1 inch squares and brown it in a frying pan in the oil. | | 2 | Place the steak in a 2 quart casserole dish. | | 3 | Put the rest of the ingredients in the frying pan. | | 4 | Simmer for 3 minutes. | | 5 | Pour over steak. | | 6 | Cover and bake at 350` for 1 hour. | | 7 | Uncover and bake ?hour. | | 8 | Serve over rice or noodles. | | 9 | Mickey forster awxp96 |
