Ingredients:

| lbs | Cod fillets, fresh or frozen | | 1
| cup | Boiling water | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Breadcrumbs, soft | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Salad dressing (mayonnaise) | | 1
| cup | Egg | | 1
| tbsp | Prepared mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | | Paprika, as desired |

Procedures:
| 1 | Thaw frozen fish. | | 2 | preheat oven to 400°F (hot). | | 3 | grease baking sheet. | | 4 | add fish to boiling, salted water. | | 5 | Cover and bring to a boil. | | 6 | Reduce heat and cook 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily. | | 7 | Drain and flake. | | 8 | Remove bones, if present. | | 9 | mix fix, breadcrumbs, and parsley. | | 10 | mix salad dressing (mayonnaise), egg, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and pepper thoroughly. | | 11 | Stir into fish mixture. | | 12 | Mix well. | | 13 | form into 12 patties about 3 inches in diameter and ?inch thick on baking sheet. | | 14 | Sprinkle with paprika. | | 15 | Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. | | 16 | calories per serving (2 patties): about 235 |
