Drago's char-broiled oysters

Ingredients:
16 Oysters, fresh, shucked
-half of shells reserved
3 tbspButter, melted
2 Garlic clove, chopped
3 tbspParmesan, grated
2 tbspParsley, fresh, chopped
Procedures:
1Heat coals in outdoor grill to medium-hot.
2Place grill rack 4 inches above coals.
3If using indoor broiler, heat.
4wash and dry reserved shells well.
5Replace oysters in shell halves.
6If broiling, place shells on baking sheet.
7in small bowl, combine butter and garlic; spoon over oysters.
8Sprinkle oysters with parmesan cheese.
9Grill or broil oysters just until they begin to puff.
10Remove from heat and top with chopped parsley.
11Serve immediately.
