Easy laulau

Ingredients:
6 To 8 Ti leaves
3 lbsBoneless pork, beef, or chickn
1 lbsSalted butterfish, soaked
2 tspLiquid smoke
4 lbsFrozen luau leaves, thawed
-and drained
Procedures:
1Cut and discard stems from ti leaves.
2Wash leaves; do not dry.
3Cut meat into 1 inch chunks.
4Rinse butterfish and remove skin; cut into bite-sized pieces.
5In a large bowl, mix meat with fish with liquid smoke.
6Line a large baking pan with foil; lay 3 to 4 ti leaves in pan.
7Add half of the luau leaves.
8Arrange meat mixture evenly on luau leaves; put remaining luau and ti leaves on top.
9Cover pan tightly with foil.
10Bake in oven at 350°F for 3 hours.
